Shop policies

I appreciate your presence in my online shop, I love making jewelry and I'm so happy I can share it with you!  I imagine you are here because you are interested in adding one of my works to your collection or to that of someone who is dear to you. Here are a few important things to know when purchasing from my shop.

Many of the items in my shop are made to order. This means I don't have them in stock and they need to be cast, fabricated and sized for you. Everything from wax working and casting to shipping and updating the website is handled by me.  It may take up to three weeks for your jewelry to ship depending on my casting schedule, however most pieces will be headed to you within two weeks. I am happy to honor rush orders if I am able. This may be indicated in a message on order, or you can email me ahead of your purchase to see if I am able to expedite the items you would like to purchase.

I am always open to doing custom orders. These requests will be reviewed and discussed via email. Time frames on custom pieces may be very long depending on the nature of the design, I appreciate your patience. If I don't answer a custom request within one week I may have missed the message, so please contact me again.

 I hope that you are very happy with your handmade jewelry. However, in the event that the piece you ordered is not the right fit, or if you have any other issues with your purchase, please contact me via email.  
I offer resizing service within a month of purchase for the cost of shipping.
Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis.
If the item is not a custom piece or sized to order, refunds and exchanges are accepted if you email me within 7 days of your receipt of the item. Most custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Most orders will ship USPS priority. You may purchase additional express shipping, Express shipping only applies to ready to ship pieces or orders we have discussed via email. Once your order has shipped, the package in the hands of the postal service. I do not offer refunds on missing items and packages, however if you have an issue with your order please contact me and I will do my best to make things right for you. USPS is very reliable, all packages should arrive safe and on time once tracking begins. However sometimes items get held up in the system. If your package appears to be lost, it is often just running late. If your package is marked as delivered it may have accidentally been dropped off with your neighbor, or still in the delivery vehicle. Give it a day, ask your postal worker, they may be able to help. During the holiday season packages may not be tracking as usual, and there will be delays. Unfortunately the postal service may be extremely overwhelmed at this time, please allow around two additional weeks for items to show up, they are most likely on their way to you but running late.
